This authentic vintage Canadian law enforcement garment is a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) wool pea jacket manufactured by the Scott Uniform Co. and dated to August 1976. Tailored from a heavy, high-quality dark navy blue wool, the double-breasted coat features structured shoulder epaulets, a prominent rectangular left-chest flap pocket, and two lower front flap pockets. The exterior is detailed with original, raised gold-tone buttons embossed with the iconic RCMP crest, which are featured down the front closure and matching smaller versions on the cuffs. According to the original interior spec label, this jacket is a size K1 and features a handwritten assignment mark reading "McCormick #3."
