This authentic vintage military garment is a Canadian Air Cadet 51 Pattern overcoat manufactured by Rubenstein Bros. Limited and explicitly dated to 1953. Tailored from a heavy, high-quality blue wool blend, the double-breasted coat features wide notched lapels, two front flap pockets, a fixed rear waist belt with an elegant inverted back pleat, and a quilted upper interior lining for added warmth. The exterior is beautifully detailed with original, raised brass buttons embossed with "Air Cadets Canada" alongside a central eagle motif. According to the original interior label, this coat is designated as a Size C15, designed to fit a height of 5'2" to 5'3" with a breast measurement of 34-35 inches.
