This rare World War I commemorative piece was produced by The Bateman-Wilkinson Co., Ltd. of Toronto, Ontario, to celebrate the November 11, 1918 armistice. The front design bears the powerful motto "Beat Your Swords Into Plowshares" alongside portraits of prominent military leaders, including General Haig, General Pershing, and General Diaz. The central lithographed paper illustration exhibits significant wear from age, including a large torn section and visible surface cracking across the face. Measuring just under 10 centimeters in diameter, the reverse side features a beautifully preserved advertising layout for Iron Age farm, garden, and orchard implements.
The photographs included with this product form part of the item’s description. We will not accept liability where the item’s condition (including any flaws or damage) is clearly visible in the photographs provided before the item is purchased. Items are sold “as is.”
